Grand Wintersberg

Niederbronn-les-bains – 25 minutes (by car) 1h15 by foot

Located at the top of the highest point in the Northern Vosges, at an altitude of 581m, the tower was built between 1889 and 1890 by the Club Vosgien and rises 25m above the ground. It offers a panoramic view of the Northern Vosges massif, the Black Forest, the nearby Palatinate and, on a clear day, Strasbourg Cathedral. This is the starting point for many hiking trails.
